Extract Emails from DBX Files Without Outlook Express.
You don't need a copy of "Outlook Express" to view your dbx files' content. In fact, Microsoft DOES NOT include a copy of "Outlook Express" on Windows Vista or Windows 7 any more. 
Sort, and Filter Any Emails Contained in DBX Files
Once you open any dbx file using DBXTriever, a list of messages will be displayed. You can sort by any field, or set up a filter, for example, only display all emails sent by "johndoe@abc.com", and sort them by received date. After you get the filtered list, you can extract emails matching your criteria only.
Extract Emails from DBX Files to EML files.
Most email client software DOES NOT recognize DBX files. Instead, they can read or import EML files. DBX format is not a public format. Only Microsoft Outlook Express can "modify" DBX format files. However, this format is not "well designed", and is VERY likely and easily to get corrupted. DBXTriever helps you extract your emails from DBX files to a more "open" format: EML files.
